Been having an endo flare for two weeks, been late for my period in that time I thought I was getting it on time two weeks ago but turns out that was an in between bleed,
sick of being told to Exercise it makes it worse and causes me to actually bleed and getting pain management is near impossible with the medication laws, my fatigue is so bad, I’m nauseated, feels like no one cares, nothing else is helping I’ve done heat, shower, breathing, tens machine, ice, Panadol what else is left? 😪
Zofran for nausea during my flares helps me tremendously. I also use clonazepam, I find my flares cause anxiety, and that combo helps me get through the rough days. Pain management is another animal and I’ve only found cannabis, gentle somatic exercises and meditation to ease with that part. Sending strength 💕
I can’t use contraceptives 😢
Hi! I'm the same boat, period late, having the awful flare up since 20.October. Nothing seems to help me, pain is so intense some day that couldn't even stand up.
