I'm been struggling more, with pain, weight gain, acne etc. I would like yo find out what you use to control the weight gain and ghe acne. Are there things you use routines? I walk my dogs everyday. And try to eat mostly correct
Any advice would be helpful.

I really struggled with my weight and trying to shift what I put on through operations. I tried most diets nothing worked for me. I then was reading about cutting carbs (I never used to believe in cutting out food groups I didn’t think it was healthy and plus I love carbs) I gave it ago for 2 weeks (didn’t do full keto but cut out breads, pasta, rice, potatoes and grains) I lost 10lbs. I actually found it easy after the first week and enjoyable. I’ve since lost 3 1/2 stone. I slowly introduced healthy carbs back into my diet and I haven’t gained I’ll have carbs in one meal out of 3 of the day normally breakfast. That’s the only things that’s worked for me plus walking
Hopefully, I'm bit over feeling like it's not changing, no matter what I do.
I wish I knew an answer! I feel like I have been in the same boat. Hopefully someone has had some success and we'll let us know.
