No but I’m not opposed to trying it. When you try it please share your experience?

Yes! I love castor oil packs! I only do them during my cycle (some people do it all the time) and only over my abdomen (not liver, etc.). Even just doing this once for 30 min. during my cycle helped regulate my bleeding to once a month (vs. 3 times a month!). Note about the packs: I highly recommend placing a small amount of the castor oil (nickel size or whatever works for you) on your hands and rubbing it directly on your skin where you will place the cotton/flannel "pack". Then place the flannel/cotton pack on top of that and then a heating source (like a microwaveable heating pack) on top of the flannel pack. I do NOT recommend doing what they say on directions...you do Not need to soak the pack in the oil. That's a complete mess and castor oil is thick and sticky like maple syrup. It's way easier to add whatever amount suits your body directly on skin and way less mess to clean up. Good luck and hope it helps!
