What are some of your go-to meals and nutrition?
Cave man diet is a good place to start……..
Meat and veg/salad
Jacket potato, beans or tuna
(Things that once lived and not in a packet with 12 ingredients)
I also add protein shakes for when on the go.
Since eating cleaner and generally being healthier I have seen improvement in pain………..last 3 years.
I cut out now
Caffeine
I did cut alcohol for 3 months (made no difference to me)
Limit sugar where possible
No sweets
And I believe dairy and gluten to be the ones to reduce/remove over all x
I went fully plant based (no meat, no dairy, no eggs) about 4 years ago and this has been a life changer 😊🎉
Well have fruits and juices as much as you can. Have less or no dairy. Hibiscus tea has helped me a lot. You can try that too in reducing the symptoms.
I went gluten and dairy free which has helped my pain so much, also gotten on a very regular exercise routine.
Yeah I’ve needed to supplement with iron tablets as my iron was quite low. I try to steer clear of overly processed foods and I only have natural sugars (through fruit and veg) and I’ve definitely had benefits 😊
