Bear with me, it's a bit long
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endo and had an excision surgery, two years ago I had a total hysterectomy but both of my ovaries are still there. During my first surgery my bowels and uterus were fused together with endo. Lots of digestive issues/IBS because of it. During my hysterectomy, my right ovary was fused to my kidney and they were both starting to fuse to my wall. My surgeon was concerned about my kidney but thought he got what he could. Hi Kristen, may I ask if you don't mind sharing if the removal of your ovaries helped with your endo pain? Thank you so much. I wish you pain free days

I had two surgeries to clear out the endo just trying to buy time. I was also stage 4. I had a full hysterectomy because my ovaries were fused to my pelvic wall. They too were unable to get it all because it was on my intestines etc. I am now in pre-menopause which is only “pre” because I take estradiol. I get hot flashes, night sweats, and beyond. I have major fatigue and hardly sleep at night either. It turned out I have a thyroid problem (which I didn’t have before the hysterectomy.). In my opinion it sounds as though your ovaries aren’t producing estrogen or enough estrogen so it’s thrown you into either “pre” or just menopause. Btw I was in my 30s when the menopause stuff started. You should have your thyroid checked. Just bloodwork. Good luck! Feel better. Thorne Methyl-Guard has helped a lot with energy!!
