@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I'm so sorry. It can be painful to look back at photos of the young you as well. At least for me, I've noticed that because I am older now, I can give the young me the compassion and love I didn't know how to give myself back then. I hope this can be the same for you and you can find comfort in this.

I started my endo pain journey at age 9. I am 18 now and it makes me so sad to look at pictures of the little girl I was and remember all that she went through as all the other girls still played and swam without worrying about periods and pain…

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I'm so sorry! The suffering starts at a young age but I look back and think how far I've come in saying 'no' more and taking care of myself when I need to rest.
