It's normal to have some breakthrough bleeding while on Visanne but if you are experiencing continuous bleeding then please talk to your gynecologist immediately. I had my breakthrough bleeding after 1 month of taking Visanne and it went on for almost 20 days and my doctor put me on medication to stop the bleeding. After that I am not having any period or bleeding since 4 months. Hope this helps!
