What are your fave gluten free dairy free snacks? Not full meals but snacks

I have had Celiac for 18 years so gluten-free snacks are what I live for lol. I usually do nuts (almonds/peanuts), fresh fruit (I make bowls of apple, kiwi, orange, etc), you could also do something like gf crackers and olives, hummus, dairy free yogurt, etc! If you need help with gluten-free in particular, let me know!

Sorry - Bobo’s bites. I do the bites bc they are so filling. Also, The Better Bagel has vegan gluten free high fiber(33g)/high protein (25g) bagels. I would recommend only half a bagel because they are so high in fiber. You can top with healthy toppings. Very filling bc of the protein.
I have a dairy allergy and am also gluten free, processed sugar free to reduce on inflammation. I am also low FODMAP. I don’t really snack but I have tried a lot of the dairy free, gluten free products out there and they taste awful. If you do want sweets, Goodpop Oatmilk ice cream sandwiches are good and Petit Pot has good Oatmilk chocolate pudding. I mainly eat these when my stomach is really upset or after a surgery. Whole Foods carries a lot of these.

Boba’s bites-they have them in a lot of flavors (nice to throw in your purse on the run). Banana with peanut butter. My super guilty pleasure is Gluten free wafer crackers with Sun Dried tomato spread.
