Normally yesi But please notice that MRI or USG is very good for endometrioma not for deep endometriosis. If your clinician is not specialist on endometriosis it is not easy for them to diagnose deep endometriosis whether by pelvic examination or usg or MRI.

If it in advanced grades(stage 3 I would say) cyst characteristically filled with blood (a chocolate cyst) is common. But I am not certain that the absence of this ll make it stage 1 or ,2🤔

I see you mention cysts, are they common on the ovaries with endometriosis?
