Hi. The excision surgery itself and healing was ok for the most part. The after pain was tolerable and i was back on my feet as usual in 3 weeks. I was actually moving around and even working in 1 week but i didn't have limitations. The actual results, it did help for about 1 year, then unfortunately endo was back.

I’m following this because I’m getting my first excision surgery 2/1. Excited/nervous at the same time haha.
