I was diagnosed with PCOS years before I was diagnosed with Endo. I managed to keep it in check largely through lifestyle changes (mostly food) and a few months here and there of medication. I was quite young so cutting stuff out/adding things in wasn't much of a problem and now I'm used to it.

I have found that as my endo seems to worsen managing the PCOS (eg exercise) is much harder so still working on that, and of course it seems that the symptoms of both interact.
