All the time!
Thank you for the insight hun,I'm about 5 weeks post op,I think it would do me good to go to a pelvic floor therapist this coming month
Yes, I have pain in both areas. I went to https://pelvicrehabilitation.com/ for ultrasound guided nerve injections because women with endometriosis can also have pudendal neuralgia. Pudendal neuralgia is a condition that causes pain, discomfort, or numbness in your pelvis or genitals. It happens when a major nerve in the lower body is damaged or irritated, and it can make it hard to use the bathroom, have sex, or sit down. If you are not going to a pelvic floor therapist, I suggest starting there. Endo often weakens women's core muscles so many women (like myself) overcompensate by using our lower back muscles too much. A PFT can help you retrain your muscles so you're using the right ones.
