My pain returned within 2 months, following my laps. Sadly, my surgeons ablated my endo lesions and did not excise them. For my 3rd lap, I have chosen a doctor via www.icarebetter.com who has been vetted, peer reviewed and does excision. Have you tried pelvic floor therapy?
