Is it really that much of a change if I switch to eating more healthy?

My first symptom was hip pain. I noticed that when I ate certain foods, my hip pain got worse. So I did some detective work. I got tested for some allergies and found I had a dairy allergy. All the inflammation from that allergy went directly to my hip (where the endo was attacking my organs). I’m talking when I accidentally ate milk, I became wheelchair bound it was so bad. I didn’t know I had endo or why milk did it at the time. But I cut out dairy and I stopped having such severe flare-ups in my hip.
I’ve had weird digestive issues all my life, vomiting for no reason. I cleaned up my diet extremely (no sugar, gluten, alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, dairy, etc).. And since my excision surgery, I haven’t vomited once. I sleep better at night.
