Hi, I had full hysterectomy and ovaries taken 3yrs ago and went into surgical menopause within 5 days so be prepared for that quick a change, restless legs was my 1st symptom and thankfully once it took time to get hrt levels correct I've been fine. Keep persisting if you don't feel right though. I'm currently looking at replacing my hrt patches with more natural methods, essential oils and supplements but im now nearly 48 so closer to natural age now anyway.
