I am almost certain I have endo although I haven’t gotten confirmation as I haven’t done surgery. I have a strong aversion to the medical system. I’m not willing to take pharmaceuticals or do surgery but I am happy to try almost anything else if I have good reason to believe it will help. I have had a few sessions of pelvic physical therapy which seemed to help a lot for two months but now it’s bad again. Herbal medicines have helped with some symptoms but not the pain.
