Members confirmed that endometriosis commonly causes lower back pain, particularly before periods, with several sharing that their back pain intensified after diagnosis or when their uterus is retroverted. Many members found relief through NSAIDs, topical Voltaren, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and pelvic floor physical therapy, which can help reposition a tilted uterus and reduce pain. A recurring theme was the frustration of chronic pain interfering with daily activities and the importance of working with doctors to find the right combination of treatments, including pain management adjustments.

Hey girls!! Thankyou for all your tips and answers, I just had a checkup with my regular physician, he did increase my pain medicine to 10mlg oxycodone. I also do topical sprays and muscle rubs, but I will c how the new pain medication works. Blessing endo warriors and happy endo awareness month!!

Yes indeed! It's major! NSAIDs don't really assist that well. A good massage works
