I won't be taking any pain medications after surgery due to being in recovery so I think that's why it wasn't in my pre op packet. I have a joint surgery with the bladder specialist who will be looking into my bladder to see if ther is any abnormalities or lesions and will burn any lesions that are bleeding and inject ones that aren't. Then they will be hyper extending my bladder with a cocktail of medications. After that they will be injecting my vaginal muscles with something to relax them which should help with Pain.

The endometriosis suregon will go in laparoscopic and look around for any abnormalities and then take out any Endo tissue they see. They believe it is growing around the bladder and bowels but aren't positive so it's more of an exploratory surgery / excision since she does believe I have endometriosis.

Geez that sounds like a lot. What are you supposed to do then for your symptoms? How did the past laparoscopic surgeries go? Was recovery bad? I appreciate you sharing and commenting! Hang in there!💞

No surgeries for abdominal adhesive Scar tissue that developed inside me. I can't have anymore abdominal laposcopic surgeries for endometriosis. This would not cure scar tissue bc it would case more and future problems later on and other health issues. Dealing with enough right now don't want to add more to the mix.

What operation are they going to perform? Excision?

They don't allow you to drive when on medication. They will tell you in the pre op instructions prior to surgery. As long as your off pain meds that they prescribed and you feel comfortable sitting with a seat belt across your stomach.
Short trip to the store in 2 weeks are fine for drive thru pick ups. Walking around the store becareful not to bend wrong. I got exhausted going grocery shopping glad they offer online pick up and park and let them know you are outside waiting for your groceries order.. Take it easy and rest the 6 week until they clear you after your post op and making sure everything incision are healed before going back to normal day to day activities. Stay strong 💪 .
