I had a relatively small, yet vengeful endometrioma that I will be getting removed. 2 months later on my follow up ultrasound, it had changed and grew slightly. 3 weeks later I had another ultrasound on my bladder, and the endometrioma was visualized again, but more than doubled in size in just 3 weeks. Wondering if anyone had an experience like this?
I was on nuvaring for 2 months but found it was making things worse. I stopped using it a month before the follow up ultrasound. I was thinking the same thing actually.
Are you on the mirena or any Birth control? Birth control tends to help the endometriosis from growing faster

I like the Mirena because it made my periods stop, and I finally stopped getting cysts and endometriomas. Haven't had one since. It can take 3 to 6 months for everything to settle such as spotting and cramps. As far as stopping endo from growing....in theory it should and does help, some people benefit more than others. I also had to add on continuous oral birth control and it's still growing. The Mirena does have research backing up the benefit for endometriosis and adenomyosis. If you get it, insist on pain control for the insertion.
I also tried to nuvaring before the marina and the nuvaring was making me bleed and cramp like crazy!!
