I’ve had 3 ultrasounds. The first showing a possible endometrioma, second showing a possible endometrioma with slight differences from one, and the third showing an indeterminate solid mass with blood flow. All the same mass. I have some concerning symptoms, most consistent with endometriosis, but I have some swollen lymph nodes in my pelvis, one under my arm, and some in my throat.
