Thanks for the info. Someone I know had a blood clot after C-section. After clot removal, Megestrol acetate was prescribed (with an IUD as well). She was also prescribed Lovenox as a blood thinner. She also has a family history of clotting. In her mid 20"s, menopause isn't part of the picture yet. Her endometriosis is pretty bad though.
