Okay, I’m not crazy! This has recently been happening to me too! I’ve tried massaging my legs and that doesn’t really help. A heating pad does help a little.

Yes, I’ve dealt with that too and it’s such a weird scary feeling. The butt and thigh pain especially, sometimes it shoots down the leg and I start spiraling wondering what’s going on. For me it would flare around my cycle which made me think it was all connected somehow. I don’t really “deal” with it well tbh, I just try to rest when it spikes. Is yours constant or does it come and go?

YOGA! is the only thing that helped me. Focus on your core, hips and legs.
