I had a rough go this period complete with pain, vomiting, etc. I also had a family friend die this week, so extra stress with that. I’m in training and ended up crying in front of some of the Trainers. I’m embarrassed that I can’t handle my Endo and struggle with feeling that I’m not in control of my body. I go back to training on Monday. What do you do after a bad Endo episode to mentally reset yourself?
I turn my phone off and listen to music this helps my to unplug hope this helps
Hi all - I'm going to be attending the World Congress on Endometriosis this week. If you could be in a room with some of the world's top medical practitioners and researchers in endometriosis, what would you want to ask them?
Too late to reply but my question would be who is talking about working on the next imaging invention that can see scar tissue and adhesions? We need to stop using surgery as a diagnostic tool!
I was wondering if any of you other ladies have a chronically wet vagina? I feel gross and stupid for even asking. I know I have urine leakage because of my prolapse, but I'm referring to something different than my leaky bladder. All day, everyday I have a clear odorless discharge. Every time I go to use the bathroom my panties are slightly wet. This is constant. Anyone else notice a lot of clear watery discharge? I don't take hormones or use birth control, so I'm just curious if this is a… read more
you should probably talk to your gynecologist to make sure that everything is normal .
HORRIBLE IBS and constipation. Endo Belly...
I had my laparoscopy one year ago and I’m afraid it might be growing on my intestines now. It seems too soon though. I dont know if my doctor would do another lap but I’m afraid that if I wait too long, the doctor wont be able to remove it since it intestines are delicate. Does and MRI show endo? How quickly did your endo grow back?
I have had 3 procedures and within about 4 months each time the pain came back. It is so frustrating.
For those who have had a hysterectomy could you share your experience
I have had excision, been on Lupron, Depo and every pill under the sun. My options are slim and I’m miserable
Yes I had my surgery with a Nook excision specialist.
Yes I know a hysterectomy is not a cure.
Yes I know I’m young.
Yes I am aware that takes away my option to bear children.
It’s a difficult decision- hence my research and advice seeking.
But I am out of options and I do not want to be miserable the rest of my… read more

Sorry to be blunt!
I find my sex life not as enjoyable, and painful.
Does any body have any suggestions with dealing with this?
I totally agree and totally understand. I was actually crying to my husband about it yesterday because I feel so bad so often and know it takes a toll on him too. ugh
Ladies, is there any way that you can go about applying for a job--yet making it clear you have an auto immune disease? I just feel I get flack for days I'm in immense pain and push through--but move a bit slower due to pain. Is there any "protection" you can get within a company for this reason. Just feel it's difficult to be treated as someone who's undergoing a constant struggle. But thought others may not see you as being "Ill" per say, you're just treated as any other person. Don't get me… read more
