A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Tramin

Turn 44 next week.
Have very low AML levels + low FSH/LH levels. Will hear back from doctor in a few days for next steps.

History:
Hysterectomy + excision surgery due to adenomyosis + endo in 2020.
subsequent OP in 2024 for cyst + chronically inflamed appendix in 2024, but endo op has worked, my intestines are endo free 🙏
Now, mood swings, weight gain, phantom periods, pool sleep…

I haven't been surgically diagnosed yet but I'm 38 and perimenopausal so I'm not sure either.

I had my Mirena coil removed 5 months ago and it's been awful. The pain, the 18 day bleeds. It's been tough.

Hi Everyone, I'm Currently Studying To Be A Clinical Counsellor And Offering Therapy With A Focus On Endo And Other Women's Health Issues.

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Victoria, BC

Having suffered with endo since I was fourteen years old, only to receive a diagnosis after nineteen years, I know how psychologically taxing living with this illness can be. Not to mention the constant medical gaslighting many of us endure.

With lived experience of struggling with Endo, I plan to specialize in chronic illness, chronic pain and women's health. If you are interested in receiving counselling, please get in touch with me. For my fellow endo warriors, I can provide a sliding-scale… read more

Did Anyone Else Know This About Getting Rid Of Yeast Infections??

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Gather
- A mini spray bottle or a cup
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar (DO NOT use apple cider vinegar)

1. Shower, if in morning or night and you won't go pee again soon. Only use water down there
2. Go pee and wipe as normal. You could pee before the shower. Do not use a wet wipe. The idea is you won't need to pee again anytime soon (this way it can "sit and do it's thing".
3. Mix together in whichever container you have.
4. Apply to the OUTSIDE of all parts; around… read more

Does Anyone Else Get Severe Pain Down Their Leg Into Their Knee When Flaring?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Malvern, UK

Hi all, it has been a while. I hope you’re all well! I’m not that great with posting a lot of the time, but will try to keep up with my post as I’m back to working full time in a more physically demanding job than the previous, but I’m enjoying the new job
To the question… I’ve been finding that when I’m having a particularly difficult flare, that the pain travels down my right leg (sometimes left, but mostly right) and towards my knee and it is excruciating & I struggle to sleep or do anything… read more

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member

Endo can definitely cause pain that refers down the legs, one or both. When I had period pain I had it down to both knees, but now I’ll get radiating symptoms down my right leg. Endo can show up on… read more
