Was Anyone Able To Fall Pregnant After Stopping Visanne? I Have Stage 4 Endo Of The Bowels And Have Been On Visanne Since 2015.
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am 33 years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 endo of the bowels in 2015. I have had one laparoscopy in 2015 and have been on Visanne since and thus haven't had my periods or been in any pain. I want to try and get pregnant this year, but I am very scared about the pain coming back and not being able to fall pregnant.

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member

Your diagnosis is very similar to mine, except I've just started Visanne and have 6 months to go... Would love to hear any updates once you have them. Are assisted fertility treatments an option for… read more

Does Anyone Else Have Stage 4 Endo With Not Much Pain But Lots Of Organ Damage Needing Major Surgeries? I’m Feeling Alone In My Experience.
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I didn’t spend years complaining to doctors and not being heard. I found out about my endo in the search for what caused hypertension which ended up being severe hydronephrosis of my left kidney. By this time I had a bunch of other far reaching symptoms and anomalies on my blood work. It was quite the diagnostic dilemma but I was very lucky to have a doctor who really listened, sent me for tests and was just really engaged, leading to a diagnosis within about a year
I feel very fortunate to… read more

I’m sorry it’s gotten so bad. I hate that they refer to this as a benign disease. I hope you have all the love and support that you need to get through the surgeries and recovery. ♥️

Any experience or advise, please

I’ve never taken Norlutate, so I can’t say. But I would consult her doctor before worrying about anything.

Spotting could occur for several reasons, having endometriosis is one.

Is This Normal After Surgery?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I recently had surgery for endometriosis and an drainage of ovarian cyst I had low interior bowel resection as my endometriosis bowel nodule was huge 11-12cms the surgeon thought the size was impressive I was just glad the thing was out as it was also pulling my uterus down

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member

I didn’t have the same surgery, but did experience clots after mine.

I suggest checking in with your doctor to ease your mind if nothing else and keep monitoring :)
