big issue with that here, even after excision surgery. My surgeon, gyn, and PT have told me its because of PFD triggered by years of endo. I've just started physical therapy for that, and am reassured that with proper diet (to reduce inflammation) and continued therapy, this will get better. I look forward to the day that I know what "normal" is!

What is pelvic therapy

I highly recommend pelvic therapy.

I tend to have my worst pain straight after intercourse :(
