He often thinks I just hate sex. I'd like him to be able to really understand why things better from my side. I live with internal spasms that hurt more days than not.Pain shoots through my labia and down my inner things at times. Orgasms make the cramping and spasms so much worse. Actual intercourse means he might hit a painful spot and send me into tears and spasms and days of pain. I honestly don't think about sex because "those" parts hurt so much. It has nothing to do with lack of love or affection, sex just hurts.

My husband is wonderful and knows that there are days I'm just sad or depressed , that sometimes I need a hug - he makes sure I feel loved and happy. I'd want him to know that he doesn't need to apologize for how I feel and that It isn't his fault at all
