Leg Pain With Endo?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Does anyone else suffer from leg pain? Along with my hips and lower back, my knees and calves will ache and throb. I sometimes feel a shooting pain going down from my groin to my inner thigh. I had behind-the-knee swelling in my right leg and had to go to the ER for DVT scans, because at the time I was on birth control (2 scans were negative). I saw an orthopedic and had an X-Ray and MRI - both showed no sign of injury. Not sure if it could be ends-related. I've tried icing and Tylenol and… read more

Yes I get leg pain! Did you get a lumbar MRI? Endo can also affect the sciatica region: http://www.centerforendometriosiscare.com/can-e...

Check this article out....it can help explain the leg pain

I have pain in both legs as well. My cyst was on the left side and I tend to have the most leg pain on that side. Sometimes I get pain in the calves, too. All I have done is like elevate my legs once I get off work and only take a painkiller if the pain gets worse.

I had the pain in my inner thigh. After many years, a reproductive endocrinologist determined I had varicose veins on my left ovary. That was causing my thigh pain and my sharp pain on my lower left side of my abdomen. He had to remove my left ovary and cut out as much of the veins as he could. Could be something to research.

Thanks for sharing!! I hope surgery helps for you. Are you having a lap? That is very interesting - the dull ache is in both of my legs but the swelling behind the knee and calf/DVT scare was on the right side (also the same side as my cyst/most of my pain from endometriosis). Always so hard to tell what is from endo - seems like everything whacky is always somehow related!

Can i just thank you @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member for helping me connect the dots as to what is happening to me right now!

I've recently been signed off from work due to my GP investigating my right knee pain which came on heavily just before Xmas, Dec 22 is when I got in to the Drs to be exact and omg it was excruciating to the extent that I was scared of leaving the house alone in case I couldn't walk.
Santa brought me the gift of my period on Christmas Eve!! Yay!!!

Here we are 19th of Jan 2017.. I'm spotty... I'm hormonal I know what's coming soon...
((I have been resting my knee as advised I've had an xray which showed no irregularity and am now awaiting a scan and specialist appointment))
I have my right hand abdominal pain which comes when I'm ovulating and my regular feeling which can be compared to that of a baby kicking, I'm constipated i can't stop peeing and what do you know my right knee pain is beginning to worsen...
When I do check in with the specialist I will definitely be giving the endo a mention no doubt I'll get sent away and told I'm mad... but for me after reading what you have posted and the responses you got I think it's evident that this is probably just another horrible pain thanks to my broken womb..
