Really? Same! Have tried a handful and I feel like I'm either ok emotionally (no brain fog, no depression, no anger) OR ok physically (better periods, less pain from endo) but I've never found one that's helped both.

My favorite was a progesterone only bc I felt so much more energized, but my boobs hurt so bad I couldn't even lay on my side or hug anyone, and I bled straight through an entire month so that energy quickly went away haha.

I tried Ortho-Tri-Cyclen a few years ago (pre-diagnosis) to help heavy periods and I had severe depression/bruising and itching on my legs. I was advised to stop taking it. That said, I have a friend who has taken it for years with no problems.

I was on that for many years, it did actually help me but I had to be off since family members started having strokes out of nowhere

It is a struggle, today didn't help either. I am not looking forward to the coming week since I already know the feeling
