Do you drink alcohol? Do you avoid alcohol? Does it make your symptoms worse?

I drink occasionally...a glass of wine with an unusually good meal, a martini or margarita if I go to dinner with friends/have gone to visit my grandma who is dying. But rarely. It's not that it makes symptoms worse, but the alcohol is stronger because of a combo of meds...birth control, ADD, Anxiety, Depression. Therefore, what I call a glass of wine is less than is served to most...especially if I go out to eat. The only symptom the day after the stronger is a nasty headache.
