Members connected deeply over the frustrating and often embarrassing experience of constant bloating, commonly referred to as endo belly, with many describing feeling uncomfortable in their own skin and even being mistaken for pregnant. Several members shared dietary strategies that have helped reduce bloating, including cutting out gluten and sugar, trying the endo diet, staying well hydrated, moderating salt intake, and taking apple cider vinegar daily. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of living with visible symptoms, the trial and error nature of finding relief, and the community's willingness to try anything that might help.
