Well pain causes fatigue, fatigue causes brain fog. It's a vicious cycle. You're in pain so you don't sleep, you wake up tired so you can't think straight. You're exhausted all day and all you want to do is sleep but you can't sleep because you're in pain, so you wake up tired and you can't think..............
