Hey there, sorry to hear you get it so severe. I don't but I have heard of others that do and they were able to get some really good PMDD medicine from the doctor. Have you tried any of those? Good luck.

How do you cope?

Mood swings? I get wicked ones. I sway from sobbing and being irrational depressed to HATING those around me. Completely irrational and unreasonable emotions.
