Depoprovera And Lupron
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Have any of you ladies hade both Provera and Lupron? I have had trouble with migranes and Provera my gyn is wanting to switch to Lupron. My nuerologist says no, that it would make my migranes even worse than the Provera. I was just wondering if any of you ladies have had both and had migranes with Provera but not Lupron?

I have been on both Provera and Lupron and I suffer from migraines as well. For me I never noticed either one giving me bad migraines. I started on Provera and switched to Lupron and neither seemed to trigger worse migraines. Also everyone is different and I believe my migraines are more tension headaches but the neurologists I see says I have migraines. Anyway it's really up to you on if your willing to take the risk, the worst that can happen is the migraines but at least you know what to expect and talk to your doctor to have a back up plan in case you can't do Lupron! Hope that was helpful!?
