I have been for a laparoscopy surgery 1st of September 2015 to remove endomitriosis and ovarian cysts after a year of trying to conceive, the op was successful and after that I also started taking prenatal vitamins to help. I have been tracking my ovulation and it was positive each month, we started trying since after my cycle so we won't miss the big O. But yet even after it all, still no sign of pregnancy :( What am I doing wrong?

Members rallied around someone struggling with negative pregnancy tests after laparoscopy for endometriosis, offering both practical advice and deep emotional solidarity. Several members suggested addressing stress levels, exploring both partners' fertility (not just the woman's), trying soy to boost estrogen, and paradoxically, stepping back from the pressure by enjoying life, going out, and focusing on intimacy rather than baby-making. A recurring theme was the painful catch-22 of being told to relax when desperately wanting something, with members validating that stress and overthinking are natural, while gently encouraging breaks, self-care, and trust in the process.

Honestly i think you are over thinking it. There are many case studies in regards of ovaries being shy kind of like bladder shines. The laporoscopy and whom scraps does help, but remember it also damages the whom a little bit every time.

Try eating as much soya as possible. You can google it it boosts estrogen but dont let yoir husband eat it as it can lower testosterone.
