I feel I'm getting terrible mood swings associated with endo. I've just finished a 6 month course of decapeptyl injections and now back on Yasmin pill. I'm wondering if this is cause but just need tips on how to manage mood swings?

Thanks for that katrina, yes, I feel talking to people that understand would be helpful.

Ok, I'm thinking that you seem to have a lot of medication that must be hard on you! Perhaps talking to a counsellor about your mood swings, I see a counsellor as I suffer with anxiety attacks but just having a chat with someone who is trained can really help to get yourself in a place where you can think straight.
Having pain and being ill is a hard weight to carry don't feel let down if it's coming out in a stress symptom way xx

Thanks katrina, I agree, the imbalance and those injections were tough. Will have to calm myself down somehow though, get very ratty with people. I'm on xanax medication to help ease my nerves but not good at the moment. Will give the Yasmin pill time to adjust in the system and visit my doctor again thanks!

Hi! I think that their is a possibility of a imbalancment, it could be the course of clemical medication. Also it could be your Estrogen levels, some ladies say that progesterone cream really helps to level that out. I get ratty two days before my period, but if your feeling emotional with it best go back to your doctor and say that you feel there could be a connection between the medication and the mood swings.
