I'm 43 and was wondering. I've only done the depo 1 time and didn't like the side effects. I'm not willing for any more treatment that is hormonal or any surgery. I know I just got diagnosed but I'm positive I've possibly had this for over 25-30 years of my life. I've alway put the pain off with the thought that every women experiences pain like this. But it is now effecting me in different ways like my sciatic nerve, using the bathroom, the bottom of my feet hurt terribly when I wake up in the morning, my joints are hurting even more and of course that consistent wrenching pain in my stomach continually, not to mention the brown bloody discharge that I've been having for 10 years.
