Yeah, I have cramps most of my cycle but they get really bad during ovulation also a few days before and the first few days of my period. Some months are better, others it's difficult to work when the pain gets bad.

Yeah there's usually a mix up with it and fibroids. I had it diagnosed by a specialist externally using special imaging and also physically during laparoscopy. Mine so far is mild but it's painful and I keep miscarrying with IVF because of it. Ugh! Are you in pain?

Of course it's hard to officially diagnose but the last few years my symptoms have gotten worse and an ultrasound states I have "suspected" adenomyosis. Possible fibroids also and cysts on my right ovary. My hormones are out of whack as well as having vitamin deficiencies. I think I may have endo but my symptoms aren't bad enough to check.
