When I was in physical therapy for my knee they used this on me and it helped. I was thinking of buying one in Amazon they are only about 30 dollars. So I am wondering if anyone has tried it and if it helps. I'm desperate. And if not what is some cheap alternatives. Thank you
My pain management doctor recommended it. He said that it blocks pain receptors and kinda "distracts" your brain from the pain. It is NOT recommended to put it on your stomach, just your back but I found it relieves some pain in abdominal area too.
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I got my TENS unit through my Insurance after my pain management recommended it and it works wonders for my lower back love
Ive used a tens unit on my lower back before and it helped a lot, but never used it on my low abdomen. I also tried a product called Thrive for a while and it helped with my low back pain.
I was wondering if I could get some kind of biofeedback machine (insertable electrode) to help me with my breathing exercises and help me relax and lengthen my pelvic floor. Can't seem to get my pelvic floor to relax.
I have an insertable electrode that I use to help with my pelvic floor issues -- which cause a fair amount of pain-- but that's it.
