Today is my 21st birthday and I'm wondering why it's bad. I don't usually have problems with harder stuff. I figured beer is cause it's made with wheat. But what about vodka and stuff like that or like Mikes hard. Sometimes when I am in pain I take a shot of vodka because that's what they did in the old days for pain and it helps.

Alcohol is an inflammatory substance. So it will cause more pain--if consumed too much.

Happy Birthday! I'd stay away from anything carbonated, tends to make my pain worse.

Try not to have anything made with wheat, it will help the bloating. I love potato vodka and Bombay sapphire gin is nice with lemonade :) happy birthday!

Not too sure but it never really bothered me. It's bothering me now but I think something's wrong with my gallbladder. I think it's a person to person issue
