Has anyone else have chronic UTI or kidney infections as a symptom? Just recently diagnosed with endo and get UTIs (which some have led to kidney infections) almost every time I have sex with my boyfriend. I've had them a lot during my late teens and 20's (I'm 29 now) but not as bad as the past year, which is also when the pelvic pain and other issues starting hitting in full force. My friends suggested maybe condoms are the problem so we tried condom free the last couple times and no infection… read more

I Get Really Bad UTI's After Sex , I'm Also A Lesbian Tho So I'm Not Sure How To Prevent It . I've Went Months Without Sex And Didn't Get A UTI . But Sometimes The Uti Accurs Immediately After Sex Or I'll Feel Burning If Sex Is Too Long Or Too Rough For Too Long And I Know Immediately When To Stop Now , It Becomes Painful And Burns And I Can Barely Pee After Sex Not Just Cause It Hurts So Bad But I Just Barely Have Anything To Come Out . I Will Have A Weird Smell And Burning For Days And Sometimes Weeks With How Bad The UTI Gets And I'm Jw If Anyone Else Has Had That Problem . I've Been Checked For Everything Else It Could Possibly Be 3 Times Now And They Just Keep Telling Me Its Endo But I've Yet To Meet One Person Who Experiences This Or To My Extent .
So Anyone Here .?
And Do You Know How To Prevent It Or At least Meds To Help It .?

Empty your bladder before and after sex. It helps! I'm the same, I'm sure it's all related x

Try taking ibruphan straight after sex. I have the same problem and I think it is caused by it becoming aggravated.

I do all the preventative measures so here's hoping the last few months were just a phase 😒

I had a few UTI's within the last year. Doctor said to drink cranberry juice and to make sure to pee after sex. Haven't had one in a while now.
