I am in a long distance relationship, sex started to be extremely painful last year (2015), but at least i could have sex, I tried to have sex to weeks ago, but it was so painful that my bf couldn't penetrate me, does this mean that there is no more sex for me?
I have painful sex as well only thing I can.suggest is a hot bath before and it really depends on the position certain ones are 10x worse than others
Ok maybe tmi but I've found if I am on top for 5-10 min first it helps like stretch everything out so when he's on top ( position hurts least for me) it hurts even less

Try to use lubricate sometimes that helps with intercourse. That is what Im currently going through and Its made me feel scared to do anything because it hurts so much.
