I am using a body pillow between my knees and sleeping on side. It does help a little.

I started sleeping on my side with a down pillow between my legs. I also sleep with a heated mattress pad that helps with leg pain. My leg, hip, and back pain are always worse at night.

When I have a bad night I'm smothered in deep heat and might take a naproxin if it's really bad. Do you find you get really hot and your feet feel like they're on fire x

I ended buying a body pillow because I was having similar problems. I use it every night and have been sleeping a little better. Could also be the lupron wearing off and hot flashes are less!! Good luck to you!
