This is a year later than you asked, but I just had surgery done by Dr. Arrington a little over a month ago and I am so grateful that I did. He's an excellent doctor and I can already see an improvement in my quality of life. I've had two laparoscopies prior to this and I can definitely tell a difference this time. It was a longer recover than a laparoscopy and it's still going to take awhile to get back to being a normal human being, but my constant pain is gone for the first time in years. His success rate is 88% of non-recurrence. If you you haven't gone to see him I highly recommend you do.
