Anybody tried PRESACRAL NEURECTOMY/nerve blocking?

Has anybody tried PRESACRAL NEURECTOMY? Is it effective for dyspareunia? I have an unexplained vaginal pain which is the worst of all. No doctor seemed to relieve me so far 😣

I had a pre sacral neurectomy in 2000 to cut the pain from my uterus to my back. It really didn't do anything... Pain was back in a month. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I had one in January 2016, I don't think it helped. My pain has just spread since I had the surgery to my legs and hips.
