Does anyone get slight vaginal bleeding after straining for a bowel movement? I am on the pill continuously and get a little spotting now and then. Is it also common to bleed a little after sex? I've had my smear test and only had my lap just under a year ago. My doctors don't seem concerned as I also have cervical erosion due to the nuva ring. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
