So I am being booked for a hysteroscopy but my doctor said I will need to be put under general anaesthetic as I will probably experience pain due to my tubes being tight. I have had a hysteroscopy before so I know what it entails, but last time it was with a laparoscopy and was under general anaesthetic and spent the whole day in hospital (from 7:30am to around 9pm). I like to hear about the surgeries my endo is so different then others and I found out there is 4 steps of endo so I think my body jump over step 1-3 and right to four. I wish you luck and a speedy recovery. I hope things go good for you.
If they don't find anything major you should be in and out pretty quickly (think dental surgery) but if they find a bunch to sample and send off or your tubes are super blocked they can take a little more time.
