Does anybody have cyclical IBS an upper G.I. symptoms post hysterectomy? I keep a pain/symptom journal( it's an app called My Pain Diary) and I can look back almost a year where I have had constipation followed by severe diarrhea and vomiting every four weeks like I did when I was still having My cycle. It's Terrible and the pain is unbearable.

Externally ( but because of nerve damage and scar tissue and her own inexperience my doctor did not do much with my bowels ) i have had a colonoscopy that showed areas of "inflammation" but at the time of the colonoscopy they were not looking for endometriosis. I guess my biggest curiosity is it possible to have cyclical sometimes even without a "cycle"
