I have found the endo-diet really helpful. There are different versions of it out there and I'm going to be requesting a dietitian at my next drs appointment but the basic structure I've been following is: no gluten, dairy, eggs, red meat, refined sugar, soya, alcohol or caffeine. Good luck! x
