Natural Remedies To Deal With Endometriosis
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with natural remedies/supplements alleviating their pain associated with endometriosis. I mainly experience pelvic pain which radiates down my legs.

I have found that a lot of hands on body work has helped enormously.
I recently went to a kinesiologist and was really surprised by how much relief I've felt since.

Same here dear ..

Natural stuff that worked for me:

-Magnesium

-Evening primrose oil

Am also on black cohosh but can't tell if it's helping or not

On the other hand, what really stirs my pelvis:

-Smoking
-Alcohol
-fizzy soda drinks
-Ginger (lately! I wonder how as it should be soothing)
-Ginkgo (just started it on green tea & I feel a bit unwell after)
-Any food that upsets the colon
