Im using aurocet p rn but its not effective. I think my body may be resistant to pain killers. Im not sure if I need something stronger. Also open to natural remedies :)

Hi, sorry I’m not always on here often , I use fennel or peppermint oil is great , I use this brand that makes blends that are a roll on it’s called Saje natural wellness.

Try natural remedies whenever possible; heating pad, TENS, chamomile & raspberry leaf tea. In the worst years of my Endo, I popped ibuprofen like Skittles. Then I found out it can cause kidney damage. Now I take OTC pain meds sparingly; I take a different NSAID for joint pain during flares.

Have you tried essential oils on your stomach ? That helps me
And of course heating pad.
